Day Bag Pre-Sale Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in our Day Bag Pre-Sale. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. By participating in this pre-sale, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Payment and Pricing

Full Payment Required:
Payment in full is required at the time of placing your pre-sale order. Orders will not be processed without full payment.

Price Guarantee:
The pre-sale price of $65 plus GST is final and will not be subject to any future changes or discounts.

2. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Order Confirmation:
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance.

Acceptance:
Your order will be officially accepted once the Day Bag is dispatched or made available for pickup. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Production and Delivery

Minimum Sales Requirement:
This is a pre-sale event. Production will begin only after a minimum of 250 bags have been sold. Customers will be notified once this threshold has been reached, and production has commenced.

Production Timeframe:
Once the sales threshold is met, production is expected to take approximately 12–16 weeks, followed by shipping. These timelines are estimates and subject to change.

Potential Delays:
While we aim to meet the stated production and delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances (such as supply chain disruptions or manufacturer delays) may impact our ability to deliver on schedule. We will communicate any significant changes as they arise.

Delivery:
Bags will be shipped via standard tracked courier or postal service. Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

4. Cancellation Policy

General Policy:
All pre-sale purchases are final and non-refundable once the order is placed.

Exceptions:
You may be eligible for a refund or cancellation only under the following conditions:

• If the 250-bag minimum is not reached and production is not initiated.
• If production is delayed beyond 24 weeks from the date of confirmation.
• If your bag is lost or damaged in transit and cannot be replaced.

5. Returns and Exchanges

General Policy:
Because bags are produced specifically for each pre-sale customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or preference.

Exceptions:
We will offer a replacement or refund in the event of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Major damage during transit (must be reported within 7 days of receipt)

Please contact us with photos and a description of the issue for resolution.

6. Risk of Loss and Damage

Risk Transfer:
Risk of loss or damage to the bag passes to you upon delivery or collection. We recommend inspecting your item upon receipt and notifying us immediately of any issues.

7. Personal Information

Data Privacy:
Your personal information will be collected, used, and stored solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not share your information with third parties, except as required to complete your purchase and shipping.

8. Liability

Limited Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of the Day Bag. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your order.
